Which values can you find for which model?
The technical values of the models are as follows:
MT 11:
crimping force, maximum opening, number of die sets, weight and the 3/16″–1″ 4SH hose range; a working video is available.
MT 12:
crimping force, opening, motor power, number of die sets, machine dimensions, weight and hose range; a working video is available.
MT 30:
crimping force, outer diameter, motor power, opening, crimping speed, machine dimensions, weight and hose ranges; a working video is available.
MT 35:
crimping force, motor power, outer diameter, main die length, opening and hose ranges; a working video is available.
MT 55:
crimping force, motor power, outer diameter, main die length, opening and weight; a working video is available.
Hose Cutting and Hose Skiving machines:
hose range, saw blade diameter and number of dies; a working video of the cutting machine is available.
Pipe End Press and Brake Hose Dies:
send us your pipe or hose size and we will assess the fit together.
How do I request the catalogue?
Say which document you want: the METflex 2023 catalogue or the details of the model you are interested in.

What should I write for die sizes?
Tell us the press model you use and your hose type and diameter; we will work out the die sizes you need together.
Which hose standards can you crimp?
MT 11 and MT 12 crimp 4SH hose (MT 12 also 1SN), and MT 30 and MT 35 crimp R1-R2-4SH-R15 hoses. The meaning of names such as 1SN, 4SH and R15 is explained in our Hose standards and crimping guide.
Where do I find the machine dimensions and weight?
Tell us your model and we will share the dimensions and weight. MT 11 weighs 70 kg, MT 12 250 kg, MT 30 950 kg and MT 55 3000 kg.
